What we sell, and how it gets to you
Eggs are collected twice a day and go into crates on the same day. Nothing sits in a store waiting for a buyer.
- Crates of Eggs — sorted and cracks pulled out before packing.
- Broilers — Six weeks and above, weighed in front of the customer.
- Old/Spent Layers — booked ahead or on the farm, sold on first come - first served basis.
Why buyers keep coming back
Two reasons, mostly. The price does not move up and down with the mood of the market every other day, and you can call the farm and reach a staff being who knows what is in the pens. Traders across South-South and South-East have been buying from us for years on that basis alone.
Bulk buyers — hotels, schools, shops — should call ahead. We hold stock for standing orders, and we will tell you honestly when we cannot fill one.
